1.1 Depending on how your information is gathered the data controller (for the purpose of the Data Protection Act 1998 (the “Act”)) may be iVoucher Limited, a selected third party Operator or a Merchant or some or all of us. We set out below various scenarios (as guidance only) to help you understand who may be in control of your data.

If the data controller is a selected third party Operator or a Merchant then you will need to contact that third party Operator and Merchant for further information regarding their processing of your personal data.

(a) If you have given your contact details (e.g. mobile number, e-mail address etc.) directly to an Operator or a Merchant (other than via one of the iVoucher methods below) then the Operator or Merchant alone will be the data controller of that information. iVoucher will merely process this data on the instructions of the Operator or Merchant.
(b) If you have Registered to the iVoucher.com Website then iVoucher will be the data controllers of your information.
2.1 We may collect and process the following data about you:
(a) Information that you provide by filling in forms on our Website (including without limitation email details). This includes information provided at the time of Registering to use our Website, subscribing to our service, claiming or purchasing a Voucher, posting material or requesting further services. We may also ask you for information, and when you report a problem with our Website.
(b) Information that you provide by sending in an SMS.
(c) If you contact us, we may keep a record of that correspondence.
(d) We may also ask you to complete surveys that we use for research purposes, although you do not have to respond to them.
